Delegate bag insert: £75 +vat per item
The opportunity to present your promotional material in front of our audience. Delegate bags will be handed to all attending on the day.
You will be required to provide us with 250 copies.

Last year we had just under 200 delegates and this year we are anticipating at least 250 with almost 150 already registered by the end of January 2017 which was before registration even opened in 2016. Delegates are school leaders from across the wider West Midlands including Head Teachers, Assistant & Deputy Head Teachers, Academy Business Directors, Bursars, CEO’s, Governors/Trustees, Teaching School Managers, Principals and Vice Principals.
The Broadway Suite will accommodate the main conference proceedings and main partners and organisers Information Hub.
The exhibition, as last year, will be located on Level 1 overlooking the Main Conference Hall in the Balcony and Gallery Suite, where all the main refreshments including the buffet lunch will be served.
Level 1 is accessed via stairs and lift from the Foyer and via a staircase from the Broadway Suite.
As you will see from the programme, we do not anticipate there will be any parallel breakout workshops or seminars during the Exhibition and Refreshment/Lunch sessions which will keep things simpler and give our exhibitors the opportunity to engage with delegates
New this year, exhibitors will have the opportunity to capture full delegate contact information using the LeadReference on-line system that works with an APP on your phone allowing you to scan barcoded badges.  We are working with our on-line registration supply partners, who developed the system, and if you decide to go with this option at a cost of £99 +vat -  READ MORE AND PURCHASE HERE
